Refund Policy

Who can get a refund

If you are not happy with a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. Nothing else is needed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, the unlock code for that order is disabled.

Cancellations

All paid add-ons are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel.

What is not refundable

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, and purchases whose unlock code was disabled for breaking our terms. If the law of your country gives you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
